April showers bring May flowers

Since Easter is tomorrow,  I decided to do a spring-inspired outfit for the occasion.  This outfit is great since you can move around easily, be playful and work those egg hunts. (Much easier than worrying about wearing a dress or skirt.) Throw on a springy romper, and you are set to go for the day's festivities. I also added a bold, flower necklace, to add some color and life to the romper. The links for the items and where you can find them are down below. I hope you all enjoy your weekend. Happy Easter!

FALLING FOR FESTIVALÉ

If you haven't checked out Jeffery Campbell's FESTIVALÉ styles in for the spring, go check it out now! I think I have fallen head over heels for this line. (No pun intended.) They perfectly describe what styles will be worn at festivals this spring/summer. I will definitely be styling my festival outfits around these amazing shoes! :)
I have shown a few of my favorites here. Link to see the rest is down below.
If this doesn't get you excited for festival season I don't know what else will!

Valentine's Day Outfit Ideas

I just started a YouTube channel and posted a new video for these outfits! Go check it out, subscribe, and comment to let me know what you think of it.  :) ENJOY.

Anyways here we go...

Most of my outfits are from Forever 21, meaning cute while still very affordable!
Here's their Valentine's Day shop

Outfit #1:
This look is a more casual look, pairing a pink sweater with a pair of jeans, and a rhinestone necklace to top it off. The necklace makes it look more for a day out for the holiday. Whether on a date or hanging out with a group of friends, it is the perfect casual look without over doing it.

Outfit #2:
Doesn't this look familiar?! Well it should from my "Leather Weather" post!
It's always a good thing to get multiple uses out of your outfits, dressing them up or down. Here I just added a pink sweater crop top, to this outfit, to make it more festive ( and warm)!

Outfit #3:
Here is a more formal look for your Valentine's Day date. ;)
I paired this hot pink, floral imprinted dress, with a lace jacket, some pink bow heels, and the rhinestone necklace from outfit #1. I am in LOVE with this dress, because I can either pair this with a pair of heels and a nice jacket, OR a jean jacket and some combat boots. This allows you to be more formal or casual!

Snow Day

This is hands-down, my favorite jacket. Who can guess why? If you immediately thought of my "Maroon Swoon" or "Leather Weather" posts, then you already know me too well. I'm going to have to start keeping you all guessing!! ANYWAYS,  I love maroon and leather together, and this jacket pulls them together perfectly. Living in Chicago means weather can be pretty brutal, or anyone that had to go through the polar vortex. Getting a longer jacket helps keep everything nice and warm. I had my doubts, because I don't usually wear long jackets...I always feel like professor Snape in it. (haha is that weird?)

But if you find the right jacket that you love and flatters you, nothing else matters! I scored with this Michael Kors jacket for those exact reasons.

Of course I had to add some Rachel Roy earrings!
